Our client is one of the largest corporations in its industry and with a long and successful track record. They are now looking for an Executive Comp expert. This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and results-driven individual to join a growing HR team.

My client has strong, established rewards practice and would like to strengthen their Executive Comp practice. Reporting to a well-respected HR leader in the industry, you will lead the Executive Compensation practice for the organisation. The successful candidate will have strong data analytics skills and excellent track record in working with board members. You are a person with great interpersonal skills and have a broad understanding of the commerce sector in general. 


In addition we are also looking for:

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience 

Fluent English is a must and fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese would be advantageous 

Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and project management skills

Expertise in the Executive Compensation field
