Our client is a mid-sized financial services organisation that are looking for a new Head of HR.

Reporting direct to the CEO you will work with the board to create and own the company people agenda. The company has an HR team split across L&D, recruitment and generalist HR practitioners and is a team that has been progressively developed over the last few years, while they are not in need of dynamic change we are looking for someone who has some new ideas that will help to modernise the department.
We regard this is as a full 360 HR position and while there are experts in the required fields this person will need to have managed a team of 10 + people and have direct working examples where they have worked with board level executives. Ultimately though we are looking for someone that can combine their HR knowledge and use it to enhance the HR practice. Working within financial services also requires someone that is happy working within the regulatory framework and is able to manage this accordingly. Alongside this we are also looking for:
- A pro-active operational and strategic HR leader.
- Confidence of working at the C-suite level.
- A degree education.
