As a Head of HR, you will be overseeing a company that has recently gone under rapid change. Having recently implemented a new HRIS, they are now looking to build on and evolve their UK DEI capability, along with a new reward strategy implementation,’ to support our 5 UK business units for circa 1500 employees alongside 200 head office colleagues.
Top line responsibilities include:
Pro-active business partnering
UK DEI responsibility (policy review etc)
Reward strategy and implementation
