An opportunity to join a forward thinking professional services firm as they look to expand their footprint in APAC and the Middle East. You will be supporting an existing network of 7 offices with current population of c. 200 supported by a team of 2 HR Generalists.
With a keen focus on Talent Management and Development, you will work with the Head Office team to identify appropriate programmes for all career stages and focus on attracting and developing high potential talent to the firm. In the medium term, you will hire someone to focus on Talent Management for the region and, similarly, someone for Talent Attraction. You will provide both strategic and operational HR advice to the leadership team regionally and be adept at gaining understanding of the nuances of different markets. The role offers a great opportunity to take a well-established operational HR function to the next level in terms of adding commercially valuable strategic support to an organisation looking at this region as a key market for growth.
We are looking for a high energy experienced HR leader with experience of managing a regional portfolio and remote stakeholders. Commercially astute and strategic, you will also enjoy challenging the status quo and questioning ‘can we do better’ to ensure an exemplary employee experience from pre-employment to off-boarding.
