Our client is now looking for a qualified HR professional to carve out the HR function as they continue to grow and expand in the Asia Pacific region.

Reporting to the Global Head and dotted line to the Regional Head of HR for all business units, you would play a key part of the leadership team for Asia Pacific. With large growth and continued growth plans in place for the region, you would be a true business advisor and drive and implement HR initiatives and programs that will meet both local and international requirements. Some key areas to tackle would be workforce planning, turnover and attrition, culture building, succession planning and building up the overall capability in the region. You would also need to be a thought leader with excellent consultation skills with both internal and external stakeholders and be able to influence the business in a true advisory role.
To be successful in this role, you must have solid Change Management and Organization development experience in addition to a strong generalist and business partner foundation. You should also be able to deal with ambiguity and be able to adapt quickly. Fluent English and excellent communication skills is a must.
In addition to this you should have:
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience with experience in dynamic multinational corporations
- Fluent in English, Asian languages being an advantage but not necessary
- Solid communication and presentation skills, commercial, business-savvy, solid project management skills, analytical, organized, strong sense of urgency and have a positive and proactive attitude.
