Job Description

Our client is a market leader in their research and development, creative design and distribution of a niche product where it is marketed globally.

•    Senior HR Business Partner Role
•    Entrepreneurial small-to-medium enterprise environment
•    Global exposure


Working directly with the CEO based in the US, this role will be responsible for the formation and delivery of HR strategies, as well as managing all HR operations covering recruitment & talent management, rewards and employee relations.  You will create and lead a value-adding function to the business and provide high level of HR advice and support to employees, and be someone whom the business can strategize business directions with.

You will have a minimum of 10 years’ HR generalist experience gained from entrepreneurial and hands-on work environment, ideally coming from dynamic and innovative corporations.  Experience in setting up or upscaling an HR function is highly valued.  In addition we are looking for:

•    Degree qualification
•    A dynamic HR practitioner with an entrepreneurial mindset
•    High level of creativity, flexibility and agility
•    Language fluency in English and Mandarin
