My client is a leader in its industry. Due to the growth of the business in APAC, they are now looking for an experienced HR leader to lead a team of HR professional across the region.

Reporting to the Head of HR, APAC you will be the Head of HR supporting the North Asia operations. You will be responsible for providing a broad spectrum of HR services related to: recruitment, development, employee relations and engagement, performance management, and compensation. You will also play a critical role in building a strong HR presence in the business. In addition to your daily tasks, you will have the opportunities to work closely with your regional colleagues on regional projects and HR initiatives. We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 10 years of generalist experience from MNCs.
To be successful in this role, you must have solid HR experience with strong team management experience and the ability to work closely with the business.
In addition to this they are also looking for:
• Self-starter and independent but need to be a team player when required
• Proactive, resilience and adaptability to change
• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is a must
