Job Description
Based in Hong Kong, our client is a leading international law firm who are now looking for a qualified HR professional to join their team in a lead position for the North Asia region.

Reporting to the Head of HR for Asia, you would work on people strategy, people planning, recruitment (only directly for some senior legal and business professional roles), systems, mobility, performance management, salary review, policies and processes, employee relations, HR projects, OD and talent management as well as working with the L&D team on learning needs.
To be successful in this role, you must also have strong communication and relationship skills and the ability to build credibility with the partners and key stakeholders. Fluent English and excellent communication skills is a must.
In addition to this you should have:
• Minimum of 10 years of HR experience with law firm or professional firm experience preferred
• Fluent in English, Asian languages being a strong advantage
• Solid communication and presentation skills, management skills, project management skills, ability to collaborate, influence and consult with partners, lawyers and managers, managerial skills, analytical, organized and with a positive and proactive attitude.
