Our client is a growing retail group. They are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR generalist to lead their frontline operation HR team.

In this role, you will provide direction and hands-on support to the retail business functions on HR issues including and not limited to recruiting, retention, compensation and benefits, learning and employee relations. You will ensure that corporate policies are adhered to, support leadership development, performance management and facilitate on coaching. You will work with retail leadership to help create enriching career experiences for your employees.
We are looking for a seasoned HR generalist with a minimum of 15 years’ experience gained from sizable fast-paced dynamic organizations. You will have looked after a sizable retail population and have experience coaching leadership and management teams. Ideally you will have extensive industry knowledge of the retail and service sectors. The following attributes and skills would also be essential:
- Degree qualification
- Demonstrated knowledge of Hong Kong employment law
- Outstanding interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills
- Language fluency in Cantonese, English and preferably Mandarin
