An opportunity to join a progressive organisation due to an internal promotion. This organisation has a proud history spanning over 150 years and an impressive global footprint across 25 locations. The Head of HR SEA will support a regional headcount of c.500 supported by a team of 5 plus a strong CoE structure.
The key focus of the role will be to provide insightful strategic HR support to the executive leadership team at both regional and country level. You will also evaluate process and structures to ensure the effective seamless delivery of HR services from talent acquisition to onboarding to engagement to offboarding. You will be hands on in terms of delivering training and development across the region and be a passionate advocate of talent management ensuring opportunities are offered and promoted internally.
We are looking for a strong HR generalist with experience of working in a similar structure and who has previously mentored and developed a team. You will be able to demonstrate confident engagement and influencing skills and have credibility with senior stakeholders.
