My client is a leader in the Property Management industry in Asia. They are looking to strengthen their shared services team and are looking for an established to join their established and growing shared services team.

Reporting to the CHRO you will be manage a small team of 7 people. You will provide professional and customer-oriented delivery of HR operations across various HR work streams including employee lifecycle processes, benefits and HRIS services to all business units in China and Hong Kong and ensure all processes are running smoothly and accurately. You should be prepared to answer questions and concerns from HR, key stakeholders and vendors to be a key point.
To be successful in this role, you will be have relevant experience from solid HR shared services and HRIS experience. You will need to be proactive, detail orientated and committed to work.
In addition to this they are also looking for:
• Minimum of 12 year of HR operations experience in a sizeable organization, professional services firms a plus
• Proactive, resilience and adaptability to change
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must
