Our client is a global organisation that is looking for an HR leader for its UK business.

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and forward thinking organisation as their HR lead for the UK. You will oversee all day to day HR duties covering performance management, employee relations and compensation, however the interesting part of the role is the board level work and the organisational design elements that naturally run alongside a role of this size and level. There is a small team to run the day to day operational aspects for you, but we do want to make sure that while this is the case you need to be comfortable getting into the weeds as/when required. M&A activity has meant that the company is continually evolving and is where there will be elements of both talent management and organisational design work.
We are looking for an HR leader that can operate at both an operational and strategic level with the business. Ideally you would have experienced a creative environment, but we are open to considering people from all backgrounds providing they can demonstrate excellent change management and leadership development capabilities. This is a highly complex organisation that will require an individual that is comfortable working with a high level of ambiguity and who is able to report to both the business and HR in unison.
Alongside this we are also looking for:
• M&A experience.
• True organisational design capability.
• Experience of board level leadership development work.
