Working closely with the CEO, you will define both HR strategy and people strategy for the organisation as they further expand across APAC. The focus will be on the continued engagement of people through a defined talent management/talent development agenda supported by an existing TM/TD Lead. You will implement career and learning pathways to support these goals. You will partner with the ELT to give strategic and commercial insights to people strategy particularly in view of new market entry. You will build an HR business partnering function from Singapore to further support leaders with these critical plans.
We are looking for a tenured HR leader with an entrepreneurial spirit yet sound HR practices honed in a large, complex corporate environment. You will like structure yet be nimble in your thinking and adaptive to the changing needs of the business. You will be confident in engaging your audience, demonstrating how you and your team add commercial value and credible based on the track record of achievement to date. Your background will be in complex multi-national environments likely to be aligned to financial services, professional services or property.
