Our client is a global, mid-sized organisation, who is now looking to re-define how they recruit across the world. As a result of this huge change they are looking for a Head of Recruitment to lead this new function.

This is a new role and one that will require an individual that has lived and worked in multiple global locations. The role will oversee all aspects of recruitment, including both graduate and lateral hiring, and will require an individual who has developed a strong EVP strategy and who can demonstrate exceptional knowledge of how different global markets operate. The team is still in flux and the role will be that of “assessment and action” on its members, requiring an individual that can work in an environment that will change over time.
The ideal person will have worked not only for an MNC but will also have been based overseas for a significant period of time. An individual who has been through change and has helped developed an Employer Brand is an absolute must and we encourage anyone with a thick skin and an ability to influence business stakeholders to apply.
