Our client is a global financial services company who are looking for a new recruitment lead based out of London.

Reporting to the US this person will be a key individual within the HR management team. The role will manage a team of people that are dotted across multiple time zones with a matrixed reporting line to the US, the business and local HR. While this isn’t regarded as a recruitment role there will be instances where you will need to lead on either key or strategic hires, however this is mainly regarded as a leadership role that dictates the strategic approach to recruitment across the regions.
This is a key role and we are ideally looking for someone that has direct in-house management experience. Alongside this you will ideally have worked across multiple regions or locations and be comfortable working in an international organisation that has a complex matrixed structure. Financial services experience is not essential for this role but would be regarded as advantageous, what we are most interested in is someone who has worked within an regulatory environment and can manage within this. In addition to this we are also looking for:
- Someone who is comfortable with international travel.
- A degree education.
- A positive pro-active approach to management.
