Head of Recruitment Marketing
Our client is a global client of ours and as a result of some recent team changes they are now looking for a new recruitment marketing lead.

This is a great opportunity for an individual to run and own the recruitment marketing for every aspect of the hiring process. From working with the recruitment team on the employer value proposition to developing the graduate and intern hiring strategy you will be a key person in the global strategy. This role will touch all aspects of the hiring process and you will need to be able to link each part of the recruitment process to your long term global marketing strategy.
Due to the nature of the role and the multiple geographies that it covers you will need to be comfortable with both travel and how processes differ in a variety of countries and regions. We are ideally looking for someone that has international experience, has worked for a large MNC and can bring that wealth of experience to this role. This is a strategic role and we need an individual that is capable of working with senior executives and who isn’t afraid of being assertive and suggesting new and innovative ideas. Alongside this we are also looking for:
- An international undergraduate degree.
- Both extensive recruitment and marketing experience.
- A global mindset.
