Our client is a mid-sized financial services organisation looking for Reward leader to take control of the function and work with global HQ to deliver a high quality, world leading HR function.
- European role, ideally UK based but open on other locations for the right person.
- Matrixed role covering multiple jurisdictions
Location – Ideally London and the surrounding regions.
Alongside the management of Reward team we are looking for someone who has developed, run and led an existing regional Reward strategy for a global organisation. With this you will need to demonstrate your role in this and we are specifically looking for examples of your ideas and how you overcame challenges to these new features. The role covers both compensation and benefits and while you don’t need to be an expert in both you will need to demonstrate a good understanding of both functions.
We are looking for an experienced individual, someone that has worked in a mid-sized organisation and that has a presence in 2 regions globally. This person needs to have team management expertise and with this we are specifically looking for examples of team development, the current team want to learn and need an inspired leader to bring out the very best in them.
- Extensive Reward experience built across multiple companies.
- An ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Extensive experience of challenging and changing environments.
