Our client is an international professional services firm looking to hire a Head of Reward.

You will be responsible for the UK Benefits team, as well as the HR systems team and have oversight for Payroll- this may evolve as the role develops. Initially the role will focus on the UK, reviewing and evaluating our client’s current benefits offering, use your market knowledge and experience to prepare a future focussed strategy; consider what they need to be doing differently and help plan an offering which reflects the changing workplace in the UK
Although the immediate focus is on Benefits, there will also be an opportunity to work with one of the HR Directors to review their current approach to remuneration, how remuneration is approached and what structures are in place to support these processes.
Longer term, the role will move to a global remit, with key individuals in each region reporting into this person where you would work with the CPO to set global strategy, and work with the regions to deliver that, whilst allowing for regional differences.
Ideally you will be working in professional services with a proven track record in Benefits and have a creative and innovative approach in order to review and drive change to upgrade as necessary. You will work closely with your HR colleagues to communicate key messages effectively.
