Part of the HR leadership team
You will be an integral part of the HR leadership team and be responsible for the C&B function covering HK, China and Taiwan. You will play a key role in formulating and executing C&B strategies, serve as a strategic advisor to the business in all C&B related issues such as executive compensation, international mobility and benefits. To be successful in this role, you would need have an excellent track record in this pace as a leader.
In addition we are also looking for:
Minimum 10 years of solid relevant experience
Fluent English and Mandarin is a must
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and project management skills
