Job Description

Our client is a global visual commerce platform, looking to hire a Head of Talent Acquisition


Location: London (hybrid or remote)


The purpose of the role will be supporting hiring managers with key requirements, whilst continuing to raise employment awareness. The role will also own and review all relevant selection methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively drive direct hiring

  • Grow and nurture the talent pool

  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with suppliers and candidates

  • Contribute to process improvements (locally as well as internationally)

  • Support the hiring managers with interviews as and when required

  • Help to develop and mature employment brand awareness

  • Increase following and engagement on social media (LinkedIn)

  • Strengthen the onboarding process for new hires

  • Develop & improve the retention plans of the company

  • Help to shape a strong culture for a geographically dispersed team working remotely

Experience And Qualifications Required

  • Proven experience of recruiting

  • Resilience, ability to operate independently and thrive in a high pressure, competitive market environment

  • Ability and willingness to work autonomously
