Managing a team and reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, this role will help build the TA function for APAC. You will develop strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders, build diverse sourcing channels and a vivid company branding, and to provide the highest quality of customer service to both stakeholders and candidate experience. You will create an effective and cost-conscious recruitment model, drive performance of your recruitment team across the region, as well as owning and managing programmes such as university relations, internal referral and mobility.
We are looking a resilient, passionate and seasoned talent acquisition or recruiting partner who has demonstrated the ability to influence. You will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience gained from multinationals, ideally having managed growth periods and possessing recruiting expertise in China, India and Singapore. We are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• Preferred industry exposure in manufacturing, technology or medical devices
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Language fluency in Mandarin and English
