Our client is one of the biggest Professional Services firms in the region. Due to the recent expansion in the region and they are now looking for a senior Talent Acquisition professional to join their HR team.
- New role covering Hong Kong and China
- Sizeable team management
- One of the most senior positions in the industry
As the Head of Talent Acquisition you will manage a team of over 30 experienced Talent Acquisition professionals across Hong Kong and China. Since this is a new role, initially your main task would be to set up Talent Acquisition best practices. This would be reviewing current Talent Acquisition processes, policies and change management projects. At the same time, you will be tasked with developing an excellent recruitment strategy across different locations. Also you will play a key role in establishing an even stronger recruitment presence within HR and business.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong track record of managing a sizeable Talent Acquisition team and also possess strong communication skills in English and Native Mandarin. This role also requires someone with:
- Proven track record of building relationships with senior business leaders
- Min. 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience with strong team management skills
- Excellent business sense and commercially awareness
