Head of Talent Acquisition – New York City


A global SaaS Technology organization is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition professional to lead the recruitment function and ensure best practice in the establishment of effective recruitment strategy and life-cycle.

In this role you will envision and execute regional recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support the growth of the business. As a seasoned talent acquisition professional and no stranger to the demands of a leadership position, we are looking for someone who has ample experience building teams, implementing people programs, streamlining data reporting procedures, ensuring workflow efficiency, leveraging third-party vendors, as well as handling on-occasion senior level executive searches. Overall, the best candidate will have a successful track record of achieving hiring goals and building out recruitment functions, with client services and support always front of mind. 


The ideal candidate will also be self-directed, results-focused, and have strong project management skills as this organization is fast-paced and growing. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about technology, people analytics, and views their application as a strategic competitive advantage. This role requires excellent communication skills and the confidence to work directly with C-level executives and directors. Additionally, previous experience with SaaS businesses and strong expertise of recruiting technology is required. 


In addition you must have:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ agency or corporate recruiting experience 
  • Several years’ experience leading the recruitment function
  • A highly technical recruiting background (i.e. Sales, Technology, Operations)
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • A Bachelor’s degree
