Full 360 HR responsibilities including managing a Team, extensive and effective Business Partnering; driving forward and supporting/a cheer leader for Employee Engagement, Well-being and Culture; spearhead and support APAC projects; effectively manage all aspects of Talent Management, salary and performance reviews.
• Degree holder or equivalent with at least seven years HR working experience in a professional services or corporate environment, ideally experience working in a law firm
• Previous team management experience required
• Confidence to advise/guide senior stakeholder – develop respected relationships
• Solid track record of managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle
