The Job:

Reaching out to all Singapore-based law firm HR Managers open to a change of location and a move to Hong Kong.  A super opportunity has opened-up with responsibilities including all aspects of HR management for the Hong Kong office, leading the HR service delivery and people initiatives, ensuring Best Practice is aligned to regional and global strategy


Key Responsibilities: 

Full 360 HR responsibilities including managing a Team, extensive and effective Business Partnering;  driving forward and supporting/a cheer leader for Employee Engagement, Well-being and Culture;  spearhead and support APAC projects; effectively manage all aspects of Talent Management, salary and performance reviews. 



Degree holder or equivalent with at least seven years HR working experience in a professional services or corporate environment, ideally experience working in a law firm

Previous team management experience required

Confidence to advise/guide senior stakeholder – develop respected relationships

Solid track record of managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle
