Reporting to the HR Manager of Singapore, this person is responsible for taking ownership of the smooth and seamless delivery of end-to-end transactional HR services including recruitment support, on/off-boarding, mobility matters, and managing of third party vendors. You are also tasked with in-house payroll processing and income tax reporting matters. As and when required, you will have to assist with HR reports, and any C&B or training-related administration work.
The ideal candidate should have strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in order to handle the fast-paced work environment. You must have excellent communication skills, be deadline and solutions oriented, and be able to work independently. You should have a “can-do” attitude and not be fazed by uncertainties.
You must have -
- At least 3 years’ experience in a Human Resources (ideally with an MNC)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of local HR legislation
- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
