Job Description

Our client is a top law firm looking to hire an administrator to their HR team. They are looking for someone with 8-12 months of administrative experiences in a professional services environment ideally from an HR team. The role will be supporting the HR Business Partners and will be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their HR career.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner team
  • Diary management and room booking for business partners
  • Assisting with the administration of performance reviews
  • Coordinate the administration for the off-boarding of all permanent staff
  • Coordinate the administration of client secondments
  • Create and maintain electronic and paper employee records
  • Administration relating to family leave and flexible working requests
  • Processing invoices as needed
  • Prepare and maintain ad hoc reports
  • Administrative support on ad hoc projects

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 months experience working in an administrative role in a professional services environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience using document management software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use discretion as needed
  • Ability to multi-task and keep calm in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Ability to work to a high professional standard
