Job Description

Our client is a leading global law firm looking for a dynamic HR Adviser to support the Business Services functions and the broader HR team. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Full employee life cycle events: recruitment, on-boarding, induction and leaver administration
  • Conducting exit interviews
  • Monitoring probationary periods and liaising with the appropriate managers for feedback
  • Providing advice to managers on a range of issues including terms of employment, maternity, flexible working and short and long term sickness
  • Providing assistance to HR team on annual performance and salary reviews
  • Responding to ad hoc requests
  • Participating in ad hoc projects as required


Skills & Experience:

  • Must have experience working in a law firm or professional services environment – applications will not be considered without this background
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in HR
  • Strong academic background and degree qualification is essential
  • The ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to meet deadlines is essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • CIPD qualification or working towards it
