Located at the heart of the central business district, this legal firm is one of the best companies that you would not want to miss. You will have experience managing work visa application, legal regulatory, and meticulous when it comes to employee data administration. You will also assist in various secondment exercises, together with a hands-on experience dealing with government claims administration. Apart from managing the day to day HR functions, you will effectively administer employee documentation, and assist the HR manager on HR projects.
We are ideally looking for a candidate with at least five years of relevant HR experience from legal or professional services, and possess strong people skills. The ideal candidate will be someone analytical with the ability to provide strategic thoughts for the business. You are a go getter and able to effectively manage stakeholders. Being highly adaptable to change and work well under pressure, you would be someone dynamic and well articulate in your communication style. Additionally you are an individual who is highly service led in their style and proactive in taking initiatives. We are also looking for the following:
• Experience in managing AGC and Ministry of Manpower procedures / portal
• Organized, strong interpersonal & communication skills, and resourceful
• Mature and resilient to challenges
