Job Description

Our client is a global Asset Management organisation looking to hire a bright and personable HR Advisor who would act as a main point of contact for employees and managers with regard to all HR support processes.

In this role, you will proactively partner with the broader HR team to provide support and coordinate daily HR activities. This includes, but not limited to; employee relations matters, HR support processes with HRBPs, stakeholders and senior Managers, employee engagement initiatives and programs, HRIS, Recruitment, payroll and HR operations. You will be expected to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organisation and serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, providing information to help solve work-related issues and make policy clarifications.

This dynamic role will be very involved with the employee population and will be a great fit for an outgoing and curious junior HR professional. With offices located around the world, the firm is seeking a candidate with a ‘big picture,’ who has worked in a fast- paced/matrix environment and a global mind-set who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. You will engage and collaborate across various business units and you must be adaptable as you develop a global HR skillset. Overall, the successful candidate will be organised, passionate, and have the ability to deliver projects working to multiple deadlines.

Only candidates with strong academic records and relevant experience ideally from an Asset Management organisation or working in a Financial or Professional Services sector will be considered.

You Must Have:

  • Very good knowledge of MS office applications. Experience of using HRIS systems; Workday will be preferable.
  • Ability to pick up processes independently, with a structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills and empathy
  • Enjoys interacting with people and shows good intuition for client demands
  • A Bachelor’s degree or above
