Job Description

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day compensation-related operations, including, but not limited to:

    • Job evaluation and levelling 

    • Market pricing requests

    • Compensation analysis requests

    • Any other day-to-day compensation related requests

  • Prepare compensation survey submissions, working with providers and internal colleagues to ensure that submissions to external compensation surveys are made in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Support the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager in aspects of the annual compensation review from the budgeting process through to the performance management process and the post-compensation review analysis and communications.   

  • Responsible for the cloud based compensation system used to facilitate the compensation review through all stages from build to close of review, working closely with the vendor and HR teams



  • At least 3 years C&B experience from a leading global organisation

  • Most already be in Hong Kong with a valid HKID
