In this role, you will play a key role in implementation of recruiting programs to attract high-potential interns and graduates to join the firm. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key target Universities in Hong Kong. Besides, your responsibility also includes the establishment and promotion of the company employer brand amongst target students. This role will be responsible for all the organisation and implementation of roadshow, campus open day fairs, workshop sessions and interview.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for developing his/her expertise in campus recruitment. To be successful in this role, you should have good candidates and client management experience and a proactive approach. Besides, experience working with senior business leaders is essential.
We are also looking for:
• Degree qualification is preferred
• Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ campus recruitment experience gained from MNC
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Outstanding communication skills in English and Cantonese
