Based in Hong Kong, our client is looking for an HR Advisor to join the team and cover Hong Kong, China and Singapore.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will cover generalist functions for Hong Kong and work closely with the business on issues regarding recruitment, headcount and business planning, employee development, employee relations, appraisal and remuneration, and other special projects. You would serve as a key advisor to the business and would need to effectively build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels including the Partners.
The ideal candidate will have HR generalist experience with professional services industry experience.
In addition to this we are also looking for:
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with professional firm or a sizeable MNC
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proactive, confident, professional, adaptable, flexible, logical, a team player and has the ability to gain trust and have solid relationships with the partners and the business.
