In this role, you will proactively partner with the broader HR team to provide support and coordinate daily HR activities. This includes, but is not limited to compensation and benefits, employee engagement initiatives and programs, employee relations matters, HRIS, and vendor management. You will be expected to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization and serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, providing information to help solve work-related issues and make policy clarifications.
This dynamic role will be very involved with the employee population and will be a great fit for an outgoing and curious junior HR professional. With offices located around the world, the firm is seeking a candidate with a ‘big picture,’ global mindset who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. You will engage and collaborate across various business units and you must be adaptable as you develop a global HR skillset. Overall, the successful candidate will be organized, passionate, and have the ability to deliver projects working to multiple deadlines.
You Must Have:
- Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook is required
- Excellent attention to detail
- A Bachelor’s degree or above
