Our client is a global financialmedia oranisation looking for an ambitious HR Analyst to join their team.

In this challenging role you will work across a range of initiatives, supporting the implementation and delivery of multiple HR projects on a global scale. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of global people data, create reports to provide insight for management review, analysing HR data and presenting clear and insightful business metrics which can be shared with senior management.
Additionally, you will be involved in other aspects of HR such as providing admin support to the probationary review process, supporting the administration of pension and healthcare benefits, supporting the internship programmes or assisting with the implementation of annual base salary reviews or performance management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and previous experience working in an HR department across generalist HR function, ideally from financial services organisation. You will also have excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administration and documentation, as well as strong data analysis skills with experience creating executive level presentations and reports.
We are also looking for:
- HRIS data management with Workday or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- A good working knowledge of HR policies and procedures and current employment law
- Studies in HR or related field desirable
