A Japanese MNC with strong presence in the region is looking for a dynamic and ambitious learning professional to join its team as HR Analyst.

You will be reporting to the L&D Director who is based in Singapore. This role will be heavily supporting the L&D Director in the implementation of new global training policies and guidelines in lieu of the recent M&A activities. You are responsible for all training logistics and administration matters. You will also be the point of contact for all L&D and training related issues in Singapore. You are also required to do an analysis and reporting of HR KPIs periodically to track the progress of HR roadmaps.
The ideal candidate will have good L&D experience on a corporate level, have managed training materials, and a Learning Management System. You should also have some knowledge in generating reports and doing reporting works. This role will be suitable for someone who enjoys challenges and is adaptable to change.
We are looking for someone with -
- Minimum of three years’ L&D experience
- Good MS Office applications skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and endure pressure
