Job Description

My client is a mid-sized asset manager looking to hire an HR generalist with a strong focus on data and reporting reporting to the Head of HR. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior HR professional to get hands-on experience and work closely with a great mentor. 



  • Create and deliver both regular and ad hoc reports relating to organisational charts, compensation, employee headcount and turnover and recruitment
  • Maintain global employee database
  • Serve as part of project team to implement a new HRIS
  • HR administration processes across the full employee life cycle
  • Coordination of on-boarding new hires, transfers and leavers
  • Manage background check process for new joiners
  • Support all immigration processes including visa applications
  • Support the annual compensation review process including creating reward statements
  • Administration of performance review process
  • Manage employee benefits programme, liaising with external providers and answering employee queries
  • Support for the recruitment function 
  • Management and maintenance of employee personnel files
  • Ad hoc projects



  • Bachelor’s degree in an HR-related field
  • CIPD qualification
  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint Skills
  • Experience working in HR Administration in a professional services environment
  • Knowledge of UK immigration laws
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong customer services skills, client-services 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
