Our client, a prestigious international hedge fund, is seeking a hands-on and reliable HR administrator to join their growing regional team.

As part of a lean regional HR team, you will support all transactional HR matters, including such areas as recruitment coordination, data management, onboarding & visas, expenses, benefits administration and numerous other duties. You will participate in projects, and directly liaise with the business on HR-related queries. As a secondary duty, you will also assist the Head of HR with their personal travel planning and admin.
The successful candidate will be a diligent, versatile and fast-paced HR professional. They may either be early in their career, and looking to benefit from the excellent all-round HR exposure this role offers, or a more experienced HR practitioner who is comfortable with administrative work. Either way, they will display strong attention to detail, numerical ability and communication skill.
Further, the successful candidate will specifically demonstrate:
• At least two years of prior HR exposure
• Degree qualification (essential)
• Fluent English and Cantonese
• Solid Excel skills
