This is a part time position with a high-profile lifestyle retail brand. Inviting westernised and dynamic individual to join as part of the HR team.
Reporting into the HR Manager, you will assist in the HR Administration duties inclusive of recruitment activities across the Hong Kong office whilst help with coordinating various HR activities and internal communications. You will also prepare monthly/ quarterly reports relating to headcount changes and turnover analysis, and be involved in maintaining employee files and on-off boarding logistics. There will be ad hoc HR projects as assigned.
To qualify, you would have a minimum of 1-2 years HR Generalist experience preferably from retail / lifestyle industry. You will be a team player with strong communications skills in English (overseas returnee welcomed). On top of which, you’d demonstrate the flexibility with taking up a part time position, and the proactiveness working in a fast-paced SME environment.
