This role responsible for taking ownership of the smooth and seamless delivery of end-to-end transactional HR services including benefits administration; expatriate management; tax and payroll administration; and maintaining, updating the HRIS system. As you will be the point of contact between employees and vendors for payroll and benefits related matters, hence you should have experience in vendor management.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is able to work with limited supervision, and enjoy the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment. You have to be meticulous in your work, be a self-starter, be comfortable with hands-on operations work, and possess a can-do attitude. It is important for the candidate to embrace cultural differences, and exhibit resilience to environment.
In order to succeed in this role, you must have -
•Minimum of three years of experience in HR
•Excellent communication skills
•Knowledge of benefits, payroll, and expatriate tax
•Singapore work experience
