This role responsible for taking ownership of the smooth and seamless delivery of end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, compensation and benefits administration; expatriate management; tax and payroll administration; and maintaining, updating the HRIS system. As you will be the point of contact between employees and vendors for payroll and benefits related matters, hence you should have experience in vendor management. Due to continuous process improvements within the organisation and team, you will be involved in supporting various HR projects.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is independent, resourceful and enjoy the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment. You should also be meticulous in your work, a self-starter, is comfortable with hands-on operations work, and possess a can-do attitude. It is important for the candidate to embrace cultural differences, and exhibit resilience to an environment where change is a constant.
In order to succeed in this role, you must have -
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field of studies
Minimum of three years of experience in general HR, preferably within the financial services industry
