Based in Singapore, a listed consultancy firm with a significance presence globally, is looking for a HR Business Partner to join and lead their growing team.

This is a challenging, hands on and demanding role with a strong focus on attention to detail, compliance, immigration and company policy review and implementation. Autonomy will be key while assisting with general HR administration. Current projects include reporting for future and long-term analysis, roll out of new performance management software, on boarding / induction of new employees, and visa processing support. Our new team member reports to the Singapore based HRBP while working alongside our HR Operations Advisor and liaising with Head Office colleagues based in London. Supporting internal stakeholders is key. In this role, you will be responsible in ensuring that all HR processes completes in an accurate and timely manner while concentrating on high-level support.
The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of HR operations, plus the ability to engage stakeholders across the business. You will have a good track record of helping clients achieve their business goals, demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships, and work effectively as a team player. You should have five years of relevant experience, and having a “can-do” attitude with a strong customer focus. In addition, we are looking for the following:
