Our client is a well-known UK retailer looking for a dedicated HR professional to join its team.

- UK travel is part of the role.
Our client is looking for an HR Business Partner to look after a key UK client group that is dotted around the country. As a result, there will be some UK travel that would need to be part of the role, however that does mean that the role can be based anywhere in the UK. The role will work closely with the regional leaders on strategic HR issues while also getting to know the local businesses to ensure that the true people issues are being dealt with.
We are ideally looking for someone who has a strong ER and Performance Management foundation, and we are very much open to people that are keen to develop their broader HR experience. Knowledge of the retail space would be regarded as advantageous but not essential and what we are ideally after is someone with a true positive attitude to solve problems and get around to meet their clients. In addition to this we are also looking for:
- CIPD qualification.
- A minimum of 4 years HR work experience.
- An ability to travel.
