Regional Role
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the post-holder will support the regional leadership team in Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand and Philippines. This support will ensure HR strategies are implemented with the necessary nuances to reflect the specific needs of both the division and local markets from a commercial perspective.
Responsibilities:

Participate in Regional Leadership team meetings and provide insightful HR advise

Drive and execute HR activities that is aligned to meet strategic and commercial objectives.

Support in strategic resource planning, talent development, succession planning and talent acquisition and initiatives

Partner with rewards team in designing, implementing and total rewards plan to attract and retain talent
-
Be the line of support to leaders in resolving performance, disciplinary and grievance issues
-
Coach and support managers and help them drive a positive, consistent and fair employee relations and workplace culture
Ideally, applicants will have at least 6 to 8 years of experience HR Business Partner position gained in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology company. Other qualities will include:

Strong stakeholders’ management skills with the ability to influence

Good communication and engagement skills

Comfortable working in a fast pace and agile working environment
