In this role you will look after a defined business portfolio as well as taking ownership for one of the HR centres of excellence. You will advise the local leadership team on all aspects of human resources from compensation & benefits, learning & leadership development and recruitment & talent management. As well as supporting the annual HR compensation and performance management cycles you will also be involved in change management projects to support the drive to move the business forward.
The ideal candidate will be university educated with a degree in human resources or other business related subject. You should have experience across the whole spectrum of HR functions with the ability to not only face off to, but influence the local leadership team. As such, you should have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills as well as being confident, motivated and commercially aware with a strong understanding of the financials of the company. Additionally, we are also looking for the following -
Minimum eight years’ human resources experience including at least four years in a business partnering capacity
Experience working in a multinational environment; previous financial services experience a plus but not essential
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English
