This position is required to drive the HR strategy in the UK and Ireland, working to ensure that the business achieves its strategic goals


Acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders within the business, this position adopts a commercial, responsive, client and solution focused approach in delivering best practice HR solutions that mitigate commercial and reputational risk to the business.

The ideal candidate should be capable of adopting a strategic and operational approach to all duties demonstrating a “hands on” collaborative attitude.


  • Experience of working in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of working with an HRIS and utilising all its capabilities.
  • Dynamic, able to undertake and manage multiple projects alongside BAU to a consistently high standard whilst adopting a resilient attitude.
