The HR Business Partner will drive the people agenda across a variety of practice areas such as Marketing, Finance and Commercial units. Reporting to the HR Director and working closely with Business Leaders, you will be driving key HR initiatives including projects, Talent Management, Talent Development, Performance management and Employee Engagement. You will also be driving strategies around robust succession planning and retention. Partnering with senior stakeholders, you will also diagnose issues and recognise opportunities for improvements and also setting up new business units supporting people agenda.
As such, strong relationship building and influencing skills are a must including previous experience working in a diverse, demanding, multinational environment.
Additionally, we are also looking for the following -
Minimum 6 to 8 years’ HR business partnering experience
Strategic mindset with an analytical rigor on people metrics that inform business strategy
Experience of HR Business partnering for a technology firm or fast-pace business
Excellent communication in English and strong presentation skills
Results driven, proactive and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
