Our client is an expanding financial services organisation looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner to join their developing HR division.

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide generalist HR support to a client area of approximately 500 people across, supporting both functional and the overall business strategy. Building robust relationships with business leaders you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and guidance whilst ensuring all HR activities are fully aligned to the overall HR people plan and delivered to a high quality. While this isn’t considered a full 360 HR generalist role you will need to have good knowledge of all aspects of HR and be able to work with and influence the HR leaders that you will be working alongside.
We are looking for someone with previous experience ideally from a financial or professional services organisation. You will also have good knowledge of partnering with multiple client groups with a demonstrable ability to deliver a high touch, customer-focused service in a fast paced environment. There is a great team ethic within the HR team and you will need to show how you can work within a team environment but also take a lead on projects where and when required. Alongside this we will also look for:
- Demonstrable ability to influence senior managers
- Very strong numerical skills with ability to analyse large and complex data sets into easily digestible information
- Level 7 CIPD qualification or a degree level education is desirable
