Our client is a global financial services organisation and due to their global expansion they are now looking for a senior HR Business Partner to join their international team based out of Ireland.

With a reporting line to both the CEO of the Irish operation and also the Head of HR for international our client is looking for a senior HR executive to manage the people agenda for both Ireland and one additional European business. This role will be considered very much part of the executive team working with the business on key HR issues which will include talent management, organisational design & development, reward and performance management. You will work closely with the business to ensure that the people strategy is completely aligned with the business while also acting as a strong global voice for HR and making sure that the strategy complies with the global HR requirements.
This is a crucial role for the group and you will need to be a full 360 HR Business Partner who has demonstrable success working with senior business executives. Financial services experience is regarded as preferable, however we will consider people from other industries who can clearly demonstrate a key ability to move across different industry sectors. People based overseas with a link to Ireland will also be considered, the package is local but relocation assistance will be offered should someone from the financial services industry wish to move to Dublin. Crucially we are looking for someone that has a style and presence that is able to work at the top table and not feel intimidated by the executives that they will be dealing with on a daily basis. We are also looking for the following:
- A degree educated individual or relevant HR qualification.
- Good European HR experience.
- Excellent talent management experience.
