HR Business Partner
Our client, a prestigious global asset management firm, is seeking a dynamic mid-level HR business partner to support their technology & operations group across APAC.

Based in the regional HQ in Hong Kong, you will provide HR advisory services to business leadership and staff in the technology & operations divisions, ranging from people strategy and higher-level initiatives to resolving day-to-day matters. You will work closely with COEs for talent acquisition, learning & development and compensation & benefits in the region, as well as global counterparts.
The successful candidate will be a fast-paced, adaptable HR business partner with excellent stakeholder management skills. They will be comfortable in a lean environment, handling a wide range of duties from the strategic to the transactional, and getting involved in areas that don’t fall under their immediate job description. They will be commercially minded, and able to understand the direction and challenges of the tech & ops client group they will cover. Further, the successful candidate will specifically demonstrate:
- At least five years of prior HR generalist experience in financial or professional services firms
- Degree qualification in a relevant discipline
- Fluent written and spoken English, and either Cantonese or Mandarin
