Our client is a leading Retail company, looking for highly motivated HR Business Partner in Singapore. You will be part of the Singapore team managing the field operations of the retail function.

Reporting to Human Resources (South East Asia, Australia), you will be working closely with the stakeholders to improve business performance. You are required to participate in people strategy for growing and retaining the retail employees and be a strategic partner to drive HR actions each year. You will manage and resolve employee relations issues, develop and implement training framework, optimize HR process and be the first point of contact for employee’s inquiries.
The ideal candidate should be proactive and collaborative on all aspects related to people, HR practices and retail and service industry. You will be university educated with excellent communication skills.
In addition to excellent problem solving skills, you will have the following –
- At least 3 to 5 years of HR experience ideally in retail, hospitality and services industry
- Strong HR generalist with Business Partnering skills, Change agent, Employee champion and HR Process Optimization
- Team player with good communication and project management skills
